Founded in
1902 as a sanatorium for the care and treatment of people with pulmonary
tuberculosis, Gaylord Hospital since has grown to become Connecticut's premier rehabilitation hospital,
offering inpatient and outpatient care for people with brain injury, pulmonary disease, spinal cord injury
